Nerja town centre is a short drive away and can be walked to in approximately 25 minutes. The villa has a fully fitted modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washine machine, fridge freezer fan assisted oven and hob. The villa has a gas boiler meaning that there is an instaneous and endless supply of hot water. The lounge has a dining table & chairs, a 3 & 2 seater leather sofa, a 42 inch plasma television showing english freeview television channels.There is also a DVD & CD player. There is a downstairs toilet. There are 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people. In 2 of the bedrooms there are king size beds & the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom & the master bedroom is en-suite. Off the lounge there is an al-fresco dining area with a dining table & 6 chairs which then leads to the terrace space. The terrace space is very large and there is a pool for the sole use of the villa. There are 6 sun loungers and additional table & chairs. Please note that the villa is for a maximum of 6 people only.
