This lovelly luxury villa is located in a quiet residential area near Valencia (20 minutes by car), Spain’s third town located at the Costa Blanca. There are many cultural places to visit and other activities like cycling, climbing, golf, tennis and horseriding nearby.

This is a perfect place for coples looking for a rest-break in comfort.

The villa has a private swimming pool (4,5 x 9,5 m.) and several terraces.

Downstairs: There is a spacious living–dining room with TV, DVD and a fireplace. The kitchen is large and fitted most modern appliances including a microwave, a dishwasher, etc. One bedroom (double bed) with its own bathroom and there is also a downstairs toilet.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and a terrace.

The location of this villa is in a quiet environment. It is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, 2 km from a typical spanisch village Alginet with good commmunications with the city Valencia, with all kinds of facilities, shops, bars and restaurants.
