The large villa (700 m2) stands in mature private grounds (3000 m2) of lawns and established 30ft palms, the gardens are fully enclosed offering considerable privacy. It boasts a larger than average veranda making outside dining a real delight. The villas elevated coastal position affords glimpses of the Mediterranean through the gardens' palms and pines. The extensive lawns and terraces accommodate a very large 12 x 6 meter pool with diving board and integral steps from the Roman end.

The villas interior is very spacious with feature stone archways and open vaulted ceilings. The lounge dining area is open plan in design. Numerous French doors lead from a well appointed living area to the covered veranda. The house offers homely comforts. All but one bedroom has en suite facility and private balcony terrace.
