Exclusive villa in Marbella on a quite Golf and an amazing Spa resort Rio Real.Literally you can watch other players play golf while having your coffee in the terrace. Quite neighborhood and a dead end street means that you have all the peace and quite you deserve. Selection of beaches is just a 10min walk, some have bars and restaurants while others offer the possibility to hire water bikes etc.

The house has a secure and a beutifull entrance which takes you to the main flour of the house. On this flour you have a massive living room with a fire place an exit into the terrace with an infinity swimming pool and a beautiful garden. The living room also exits into the dining area, one outside and one inside. Kitchen is also on this flour it is very modern and highly equipped. This flour has one ensuite bedroom.

Going up the stairs there is a master en-suite bedroom and one extra en-suite that also fits a baby crib.

Going two flours down, you will find the fourth en-suite bedroom with a private patio and an exit onto the garden. There is also a big living room that can be used as a bedroom (it has a double bed).
