Book your Spring/Summer break now at our highly appointed ground floor apartment (with air conditioning and open fire)accommodates up to 6 people. At the rear of the property there is a covered terrace, lawned garden (with sun loungers) all overlooking the landscaped gardens and communal pool. At the front of the property there is also a private courtyard with a BBQ and further table and chairs for outside dining. The prestigious championship golf course,La Finca winds its way through the heart of this new, beautifuuly landscaped development. Shops, banks, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Located just a short drive from the sandy blue flag beaches of Guardamar, it is also within easy reach of the Mar Menor and La Manga National Park. Other famous golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are nearby. Murcia and Alicante airports are only 30/40 minutes away.

Notes
Our master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and both bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. Both bathroom also have heaters for the winter months.
The open plan kitchen with granite work surfaces includes full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob. If you are a keen cook our kitchen is very well equipped with extras such as a juice extractor, electric blender,scales and a good set of knives.
Beach umbrella & cold box also provided.
Security - The apartment is on a gated community with an entry phone access system. The apatment has an alarm which is monitored by a central office and a safe is also provided.
We have a cot, high chair ,night lights, and a step to reach the bathroom sink, for our younger guests. The garden gate has a lock making it safer for children to play.

Notes
Prices are for the property per week in Uk pounds. Short breaks also try to be flexible with change over days and arrival and departure times during low season.

All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.

60 Euro must be paid at the end of your stay in Spain for cleaning. A non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking. Payments can also be made in Euro.

Final balance is due 8 weeks before holiday along with a refundable security deposit of £100 to cover accidential damage or excessive cleaning.

Cancellation policy 8+weeks, loss of deposit only, 4-8 weeks, 50% of rental price refunded + security deposit, 2-4 weeks, 25% refunded + security deposit, less than 2 weeks - no refund but security deposit returned.

Our relaxing holiday

The accommodation is first class, very clean, and well appointed. We had a very good welcome, when everything we needed to know was explained to us. The location is great, with the pool right outside our garden. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery etc for all your needs if you wished to cook for yourself. It was a most relaxing holiday, with a local store and cafes/restaurants only a short walk away. We would thoroughly recommend this holiday accommodation.

la finca villa

this is a perfect villa for a small family as the pool is right outside the villa, which enables teh children to potter back and forwards to the pool and property whilst still visible to us, very safe and realxing. great pool and views, they were having a few problems with the pool whilst we were there, but i belive this is being sorted. very nice people in neighbouring villas, couple of restaurants in walking distance but i wouldnt not have a car as there is some great places close by to eat worth visiting, the local ones are handy for a general bite to eat more for convienence. would return to this villa, our only requset would be for some t spoons please. the murrays edinburgh
