Holiday apartment for rent in Roda Golf

This is a beautiful, modern apartment, well equipped and maintained to a high standard. In addition to the equipment listed below we also boast a water filter system providing drinking water straight from the tap meaning no need to carry heavy bottles! We also include a small supply of soap, cleaning products and toilet rolls for your stay. Directions are supplied from either San Javier or Alicante airport and all of our guests are personally met onsite and taken to the apartment making the arrival process easy and straight forward!

Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment benefits from a large south facing balcony with pool views, ideal for sunshine most of the day and into the evening. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people utilising 2 bedrooms (which can be set as one double & 2 singles or 4 singles) and a pull out double sofa bed.

The apartment is family friendly and we have a cot and high chair available on request. Some childrens toys and DVDs are also available for use. Lift access to all floors makes the apartment pushchair friendly.

The complex itself is a gated community for your own safety and security. Around the perimeter there are a number of play areas for children. It is also lovely and flat and with restricted traffic access makes it great for leisurely cycling or jogging. Tennis and multi sports courts are also available for hire and a new indoor gym complex offers exercise classes in addition to the gym facilities.

For golfers there is not only our on site, Dave Thomas designed, championship course to enjoy, but the apartment is ideally situated between the famous La Manga Club to the south and Villamartin to the north. The area is a true golfers paradise. Discount is availible on golf fees to our guests.

Within the complex there is a small well stocked supermarket, as well as the fantastic clubhouse where you can enjoy a drink or all day food. Free WIFI access is available in the clubhouse.

Further larger supermarkets can be found close by and Mercadona offers online shopping with home delivery for guests who do not have a car. This facility is available in a number of languages.

The nearby town of Los Alcazares offers a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants with a vibrant multi-cultural feel. It is well known for its warm clear waters and palm fringed promenade and attracts holiday makers from all parts of Europe.

The coastline hosts a number of beautiful blue flag beaches along the waters of the Mar Menor. Here the water is warm and shallow and perfect for the watersports enthusiast and sunbather alike! There are many watersport activities available in the area.

In addition to the public beach at the Mar Menor guests in our apartment also have access to the Roda Golf Beach Club, situated on the La Manga peninsular. A small charge is now levied for use of this.

For those of you who wish to venture further afield the resort is in easy reach of the cultural and historical cities of Cartagena, Murcia and Lorca which have lots to offer for the explorer. For families we recommend a visit to 'Terra Natura' zoo and waterpark in Murcia and to Aquopolis water park in Torrevieja. There is also adventure golf, go-karts, 10 pin bowling and cinema complexes closeby as well as shopping centres and local markets to be explored.
