This apartment is part of a quality development in a quiet street, yet only a couple of minutes walk from the local supermarket and town centre. Playa D’Aro offers a great range of restaurants and bars, with a lively nightlife and good town centre shopping facilities. This spacious apartment is situated on the second floor, accessed via a stairway. All floors are ceramic tiled.

Newly refurbished and furnished in 2008 the three double bedrooms can accommodate six (with one twin room, and two double bedrooms). In addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge to enable eight guests to stay in the apartment. (Where only four people are sharing in two bedrooms, we can leave a second lounge area in the bedroom adjoining the terrace rather than providing a third bedroom – please request when making your booking).

There is a lovely, bright square lounge dining room in the apartment with an open fire to one corner, flat screen TV with free-Sat and access via double doors to the balcony area. The balcony area provides an additional dining area. The apartment has a newly fitted (in late 2008) bathroom/shower room and kitchen/utility area. The utility area contains a large stone sink and washing machine. There is a large fridge freezer included in the well equipped kitchen.

There is a communal swimming pool (with children's pool attached). The apartment has the added advantage of an alternative dining area on the balcony and has a private parking space in the car park at the front of the apartment block. (Whilst this facility is available, the apartment is ideal for those who want easy access to a town centre without having to drive. There is a good supermarket at the bottom of the street and within a short walk of the apartment visitors will find a range of cafes, bars, shops, nightlife and beach).
