Fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment on front line, marvellous sea-views from the balcony, communal garden and swimming pool, very short walking distance to beach (just cross one road and go down the steps) and town centre (8 minutes’ walk) although in quiet area (near Parador).
The apartment is on the fourth floor, with a balcony receiving sunshine from midday (about 12.30 PM) to sunset (about 8.00 PM). Its maximum capacity is of four people (non smokers and no animals). It offers views on the sea, the garden, the swimming pool and neighbouring gardens and buildings west. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, all with comfortable, speckless good quality mattresses. The bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin and washing machine. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is green and yellow, with a gascooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric waterkettle, electric coffee machine, mixer, toaster and microwave oven. The living room has a table with four chairs, and a sofa corner with two sofas and a low table. Television offers Astra satellite and digital terrestrial (TDT). The building is also equipped with wi-fi connection which you can enjoy for free.
The apartment is very cosy, and you feel home from the minute you walk in. The decoration is a happy mixture of solid Spanish rustic furniture and lighter, modern and cheerful elements. The dominant colour is white, with red and green patterns in curtains and bedcovers, and red and green cushions.
Prices include water and electricity consumption and gas bottles in kitchen and heater, but final cleaning must be added.
The building has five floors and is very wellkept with a porters couple living in. There are two lifts, a laundry drying terrace on the roof. There is a big communal garden with toilets and a large communal swimming pool, a vast area with grass and plenty of exotic flowers and plants, five palm trees and one pine tree.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the corner. Short walking distance to the town centre and to the cultural centre, which offers a good programme every season from jazz to flamenco, and easy connections to Málaga, Granada, Sevilla, Córdoba ...
Nerja is a beautiful small town on top of the cliffs, between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. It has a very sunny climate, and is also ideal to pass the winter months. It is famous for its caves and the yearly international festival held in it (ballet, classical music, flamenco ...) in July. Also for the Balcón de Europa, in the centre of town, which offers fantastic views to the mountains and the sea. It is a small town full of life, with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés. It also has all kinds of shops and supermarkets, and easy bus connections to other towns.
You can make a lot of excursions nearby and further into Spain (Málaga, Granada, Sevilla, Córdoba, Cádiz ...),
and also in the immediate surroundings you can make interesting halfday and day trips. Everything is in your reach : a day in the town, at the beach, in the mountains ....
There is a shopping centre at a 20 minutes' drive with boutiques, cinema and Eroski general stores.
There are water fun parks at half an hour's distance or less.
Plenty of things to do for every age !

"Our first impression was: clean building, friendly people, quiet neighbourhood and very near to the beaches.
The apartment itself was also very clean en had two nice bedrooms. Normally the sizes and equipment of apartments are not as you get it in this apartment. The livingroom was bright wih a big balcony, offering beautiful views onto the garden and the sea. A place to be in the the evening, with a nice glass of local wine. The apartment is very near the beach, and when you want to go town for shopping or dinner, it only takes you a 10-15 min. walk.
This is a ideal place to stay in Nerja."

"Heerlijk vakantie-adres
We zijn heel dankbaar dat we deze woning hebben gevonden. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Het was prima verzorgd en zoals beloofd slecht 50 mtr van het strand. Een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Een heerlijk balkon, waar de zon 's middags op kwam. In mei is het nog geen zomer, maar toch hadden we vier zonovergoten dagen en de andere drie waren toch warm, ook al was er bewolking.
Het strand voor de deur is een grindstrand, maar er zijn ook zandstranden in Nerja.
Vanaf het appartement was het maar 10 minuten leuk lopen naar het Balkon van Europa. Daar zijn leuke eettentjes (allerlei nationaliteiten), maar ook in de straatjes rond het appartement zijn er veel eetgelegenheden. Allemaal zeer betaalbaar.
Via het strand, maar ook over de weg loop je in korte tijd naar het Noordelijker gelegen Playa de Barriana. Daar zijn ook veel eetgelegenheden, waaronder een goede chinees. Daar zijn ook watersportmogelijkheden.
Even buiten de stad zijn er de grotten. Die wij niet hebben bezocht, vanwege loopbeperkingen. Maar gezien de fotoś is een bezoek zeker de moeite waard.
Een goed uur rijden naar Granada en het Alhambra. Een must!
Prachtige tocht gemaakt door de uitlopers van de Sierra Nevada. Overweldigende natuur!
Andere plaatsen langs de kust als Almunecar en Motril ook leuk om te bezoeken. En als je wat verder wilt reizen, dan is er nog veel meer cultuur te zien.
Het appartement van Karina is van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken heeft genoeg om goed te kunnen koken. Het is allemaal niet nieuw en geen flitsende design. Maar daar moet je ook maar van houden.
Wij hadden een heerlijke vakantie!
Uit Nederland vliegen met Vueling vanaf Amsterdam en een Auto gehuurd bij Merbanjo. Prima en zeer voordelig!"
