Villa Olivella
Is a south facing modern Country Villa with 8 large double private en-suite guestrooms
and will accommodate 16 guests very comfortably.
The villa is on 3 levels. On the upper floor (street level) there are 2 large bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double ensuite) and a house shower room.
The lounge is 40 sq m with large picture windows with views over the Garraf hills and patio doors leading out onto a large terrace for al fresco meals and sunset drinks. There is also a large flat screen TV with DVD player and i pod docking station Free wifi.
The kitchen is large and well equipped with full oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
On the middle floor there is a further 3 large double bedrooms and 1 large triple room all ensuite.
At pool level there are a further 2 large double rooms en suite with patio doors leading out to the pool side.
Sunbeds, dining tables and chairs, 2 bbq`s bar and refrigerator are all available pool side.
The house is nicely furnished in a contemporary style with cream leather suites and good quality bedding and towels.
Situated just 15 minutes by car from Sitges and its beautiful beaches.
Only 30 minutes from Barcelona in the beautiful & romantic hills of the wine region Penedés,
with a private 8m x 6m swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests.

The pretty and bustling seaside town of Sitges is a 15 min drive away and there is
a limited daily bus service near to the villa. The centre of the Penedes wine
growing area is Vllafranca which is a 10 min drive from us. The small
hamlet of Olivella is 5 minutes away where the local tourist office can advise
on walking and cycling routes. Barcelona is a 30 min train ride from Sitges.
The nearest airport is Barcelona International only a 30 minute drive. Reus
airport is 45 minutes away and Girona airport is a 90 minute drive. There are
good rail and coach links from Barcelona to Sitges where taxi or car hire is
available.
However, we do recommend that you need to have a car available to get the most
of your visit to us. Supermarkets and shops are a 5 min drive away. There are several good quality
restaurants in the area, specialising in Catalan cuisine. Good shopping is available
in Sitges, Vilafranca and Barcelona.
