This beautiful villa is situated on one of Valencia’s most prestigious urbanisations – San Cristobal, Alberic. The lovely town of Alberic is just 5 minutes away with its wide choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, together with a metro train link providing easy access into Valencia City, Alzira and the coast.
This is a very luxurious, spacious and modern villa, complete with central heating throughout and air conditioning in every room on the main floor. All the modern appliances are offered and there is good quality furniture and tasteful decoration, all designed to make your stay a truly pleasurable experience.
The property is private and fully enclosed, with a double gated entrance. There is a covered porch at the front of the villa before you enter into the reception hallway. From here you pass through to large lounge/dining area, then through to a fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This area has patio doors taking you out onto a large private covered terrace, a lovely place for outdoor dining overlooking the swimming pool and with open views across the orange groves and to the mountains. Also on this floor there is a large family bathroom with corner bath, shower and double sink unit, 2 double bedrooms (both with their own en-suite shower rooms) plus a spacious master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and its own balcony terrace.

On the ground floor there is another double bedroom complete with an air fan, separate shower room plus a second large lounge/dining area with a kitchen. This second lounge is very open plan and there is also access out to the beautifully designed 8m x 4m tiled swimming pool and terrace. Also on the ground floor of this large villa there is a utility area complete with a washing machine, separate shower room / changing area with its own access out to the swimming pool, plus a very spacious double garage all incorporated within the villa.
