This wonderful villa is set on a mountain nearby beautiful sandy beaches, next to a protected natural area, in a luxury development area just located under the city of Barcelona.
It features sea views, large terraces, a pool, baby pool a modern style and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, perfectly suited to the Mediterranean climate. Designed by the Dutch architect Fred Dubbeling and just completed. Rent directly from the Dutch owner.
It is furnished in a modern style, the villa is both comfortable and relaxed, offering nearly 250 square meters of indoor and outdoor accommodations surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden and swimming pool. A beautiful sandy beach is within short driving distance (8 km), and many other beaches are within a short driving distance.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 persons. With 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms; 4 singlebeds one bunk bed). It is also wonderful for couples who want to spend time together while enjoying their privacy. Children of all ages are welcome. A crib and high chair are available.
The villa is attached to another villa which will not be occupied or rented when you rent the property. The part that is rented is only one level high.
Best known for its sandy beaches, the Costa Dorada offers a whole range of activities for all tastes:
- The center of Barcelona is just 45 minutes away by car, or even better, an easy 45 minutes train ride away, ideal for a relaxed day-long visit.
- Cultural visits: the Unesco World Heritage Site Roman city of Tarragona, the Cistercian monasteries of Poblet and Santes Creus. 20 minutes drive to the historical town Sitges.
- Gastronomy: the Costa Daurada has wonderful restaurants for all budgets and delicious local fare, particularly fish. Or go wine-tasting in the famous red-wine (Priorat) and Cava (Penedes) producing regions, easily toured in a day.
- For families with children (only 45km) to the famous Universal Studio Port Aventura theme park and water parks like Aquopolis and Aqualeon which also has a Zoo.
- Swim, sail, build a sand castle, or enjoy a stroll along the coast for beautiful views. Walk from the house in to the forest of the mountain and the protected park.

- Golf the Costa Dorada, a rising destination for golfers, with several excellent golf courses like "Portal del Roc" and at Golf "Terramar" SITGES, only 20 minutes away. With mild temperatures and beautiful days, autumn and spring are the perfect time to come.
Those who just wish to relax by the pool will particularly enjoy the wonderful views and the absolute quietness. With no roads or traffic within hearing distance. Swimming in the pool with the blue Mediterranean in the background.
We specially made arrangements for families with little kids. The terrace can be closed with small fences, also the swimming pool can be made kid secure so you can relax without the worry of where your kids are. There is a small pool for the kids surrounded by security fences. In addition under the house there is a separate bodega 14 m2 with a small kitchen and shower. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated, although this is not required in the summer.

Within walking distance there is a small restaurant with an spectacular view to the sea.
