Very comfortable house with a total surface of 70 m2.
Air-conditioning and all facilities are in immaculate conditions. The house is situated in the province of Valencia at 30 km north-west of the city of Valencia (the 3rd largest city of Spain).
The airport of Valencia, Manises, is at a 30 minutes drive from the house. At 10 km distance you will find the villages of Bétera and Lliria. From both villages there is a good metro connection with the city of Valencia.
The village Lliria is world famous as a music town.
Shopping can be done in Bétera and in Lliria in large supermarkets and in smaller shops.
The house is situated in a quiet green area on the rim of a hill next to the nature reserve The Sierra Calderona. A real paradise for hikers and mountain bikers.
The house has it's own driveway and parkingplace. It also has a large private terrace from where you access the house. On the terrace you fiond garden furniture and a bbq.
There is also a large carob tree that provides enough shade in summer.

The built surface of the property is 70 m2. It has a living kitchen, a livingroom, two bedrooms with each two single beds (90x200 cm)that can be joined, a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and washing basin.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is equiped modern ans amonst others it has a large fridge, gas-hob, microwave and washing mashine.
