This comfortable house is situated on a hill in the urbanization (residential) Partida Casa Blanca, at 5 kilometers from the village of Montserrat. An authentic Spanish village, where the Valencian language is spoken with pride. Torrent and Piccassent are the nearest larger towns, each about 10 kilometer away. Valencia is about a 30 kilometer drive. The Villa is located in a very quiet area, where you hear no cars, only birds. Where you have a great view over the city of Valencia and the sea, overlooking the orange fields and vineyards. You can relax by the pool and maybe enjoy a nice glass of local wine while you make your own paella in the garden. Here you will experience real Spanish life!
