This modern fully air conditioned apartment, located a short walk to the harbour front of Puerto Banus boasts a large private roof terrace with BBQ, giving lots of outside space for relaxing in the sun or on the comfortable seating under the sun screen. There are four comfortable modern loungers on the roof for your exclusive use.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin bedroom) both of which have balconies, two bathrooms (one ensuite to the double room), fully equipped kitchen (diswasher/washing machine/tumble dryer) and a large lounge/dining room with SKY TV and very comfortable leather sofas.

Upstairs you will find the private roof terrace (with BBQ, sun loungers and dining area), the third bedroom (with a single bed) and a cloak room with lavatory and hand basin.

There are also sofa beds in the lounge that can be made up for additional people (please add EURO 100.00 per person per week).

All in all this is a spacious quality apartment in a great location with fantastic outside space.

The apartment is fully airconditioned. We allow guests electricity of EURO 150.00 per week, which is plenty if the aircon is not run with the windows and doors open.

Cots and High Chairs can be hired for EURO 50.00 per week.

Start and end cleaning is included in the price.

For bookings over 9 nights, mid term cleaning and linen change is also included in the price.

For Easter week, please add 20%

Notes
Payment of the 30% deposit can be accepted in Sterling or in Euro currency.

The balance can be paid six weeks before arrival by bank transfer, in EURO cash on arrival or by credit card on arrival (plus a handling fee of 1.5%).

The security deposit must be paid on arrival by credit card. It will be returned within 7 days of departure, subject to no damage or over use of electric.

Fantastic holiday in Puerto Banus

We stayed in this apartment in July 2011. It is very spacious for two people and has two terraces where you can eat or sunbathe in privacy. There is a huge supermarket nearby (you can walk in 15 mins or drive in 2 mins), and plenty of parking at the property. Lovely communal pool aswell. Then it's a 30 min walk or 5 min cab into Puerto Banus in the evening where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Our apartment owner, Paul, was very helpful and provided all the information we needed over email before we arrived. We would definitely go back.
