Large spacious villa with great size private pool, built on a gentle mountain overlooking the bay of Roses. The villa is well appointed in a quiet setting with no noise on a safe private road.
There are great sea views from all levels of the villa and the Pyrenees in the distance adds to the truly beautiful surroundings.
Ideal for families of all ages. Off-road parking. Five bedrooms are on the entrance level, the master bedroom has a en-suite and the others share a bathroom. All bedrooms have ample storage space and are light and airy. Downstairs there is a huge laundry room with plenty of storage space and separate downstairs toilet.
A fully equipped spacious modern kitchen which leads onto a very large open planned lounge/dinning area with a bar. Two large patio doors lead out from the lounge/dining room onto the terrace, BBQ and pool area all on the same level with great views. You can walk down the hill into the town of Roses and the beach which is only 10mins walk. There are many things to do in and around Roses including Go-Carts, water park, windsurfing, cycling, diving and many restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine.
A great house for 2-3 families sharing!

Notes
15% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance needs to be paid 8 weeks before the date of arrival and a security deposit of 500€ which will be returned on your departure in the case of no damages.
Final cleaning of 150€ must also be paid in cash on arrival.

My husband and I with our children have lived in Roses for 7 years and rented our villa for the past 4 years which has enabled us to meet many new friends and share our great knowledge and experience of the local area.
Some of our friends asked us to advertise theirs too and we are always on hand to help out with advice on where to go what to do, good restaurants etc to make your holiday a very special one.
