"Villa Benibrai" is a villa in the beautiful town of Jalon on the Costa Blanca. The villa is surrounded by mature gardens and has a private swimming pool. You can enjoy the peace and beauty of the unspoilt surroundings or take a leisurely walk through the almond groves into the nearby picturesque village which is well known for it's good restaurants and the local wine. A homely atmosphere make the villa a truly wonderful home to stay in, not only in the summer months but the winter too!
The garden is private and self contained. The open 'naya' a typical feature of the Jalon valley offers a covered terrace for eating and relaxing. The poolside terrace has loungers for relaxing and the BBQ to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the mountains.
There are 3 bedrooms, the first one having a double bed. The other 2 bedrooms both have twin beds. Sleeps 6 people comfortably (there is a cot and a high chair on request). There are 2 bathrooms, both with bath.
The property has TV satellite. ' WINTER LETS The house is totally suitable and comfortable for longer winter lets. There is underfloor wood heating and an inglenook fireplace with a very efficient woodburner for comfortable winter stays. We always work out a specially discounted rate for November to May longer stays. Please contact owner for the best rate for your dates.
