Villa is situated in a quiet urbanization at 1,4 km from the wide sandy beach and only 500 meters to the supermarket, shops, disco and restaurants.
Villa is situated in Santa Susanna that is a popular modern turistic place with family destination at 40 min. from Barcelona by car or 1 hour by train.

This is a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool. The inside is light with modern functional interior. On the ground floor there are living room with big sofa and dinner area, fully equiped kitchen, big cosy terrace with amazing sea view and dinning terrace table, bedroom, bathroom. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, bathroom and terrace. The villa equipped with entryphone, TV, DVD player, etc.
You can park your car safely in the parking in front of the house.

Villa disposes an amazing open sea view. You can enjoy the private pool. The terrace around the pool is fully equiped with chaise longues and sunbeds. Villa dispose of BBQ.

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection. This is provided by a USB internet stick. The cost is €25 per week, to be paid in advance upon booking.
