The villa is on the quiet location of Mazarron Country Club, nearby supermarket & shops 5kms.
Beautiful beaches of Puerto de Mazarron only 15 minutes drive away & approx 30 minutes drive to the City/Port of Cartagena or 40 minutes to City of Murcia. The Port of Mazarron,part of the Costa Calida, has many local shopping attractions,restaurants, bars, boat hire, new & old marinas, perfect for walking along during one of the 320 days of sunshine the Costa Calida boasts.
Mazarron is idealy situated for touring the area, a car is essential to take full advantage of the area. The Sierra Espuna National Park is approx twenty minute drive. With lovely walks and views throughout the forest with picnic areas and restaurants. Daily fruit & vegetable market close by & weekly 'holiday' markets around the area. There are many golf courses on the Costa Calida,many within an hours drive, the nearest one is Camposol only 5kms away, buggies & clubs can be hired.

The main bedroom has it's own 'en-suite' toilet and washbasin.

The Villa is equipped with air con./heating,'Free 150kws of electric included in the price!(high season) Cable TV with 32 channels which include BBC, ITV and many other channels including Spanish & German. The villa has DVD and CD players with selection of DVD`s and books . Fully equipped kitchen oven & hob,washing machine. Travel cot available for hire. Extra fold away bed for 5th person if required.
A large spacious 'sun filled' patio area with private pool & shower, large BBQ to enjoy outdoor living to a premium. At night you can enjoy sitting by the pool which benefits from underwater lighting.
Linen & towels (Not beach towels) are included in the price of your stay also included is cleaning at the end of your stay.

Mazarron Country Club has tennis courts, petanque courts, communal swimming pool (summer months only, small daily charge) Restaurant/bar, (WIFI) in the bar, weekly bingo night, occasional artist night plus many more bars/restaurants only a short drive away.

A 20% deposit secures your booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival In case of last minute bookings all monies to be paid and cleared before receiving keys. An additional security deposit of 150 euros is to be paid against damages etc This will be returned to you after any extra applicable electricity charges have been deducted and subject to the property being handed back as given. We would like you to enjoy your holiday in our villa and trust you will treat it accordingly.

Lovely Villa

We have just come back from a weeks stay in the villa. Everything was as it describes and this definately was a bargain priced stay. Close to the country club restaurant and bar with all the facilities you need for a relaxing break.
