This semi-detached house with communal swimming pool borders on the forest and is situated in a quiet, enclosed, area with 18 houses, about 4 km. from L’Estartit. On 300 meters from the house is a small restaurant and on 2 km you can find a supermarket with bakery.

Casa Carmen has a large, closed terrace with barbecue.

Casa Carmen has three floors, on the ground floor there is a living/dining room with fireplace, spanish television and entrance to a balcony and a large terrace, a fully equiped kitchen and a double bedroom with two single beds.
Downstairs you find a bathroom with shower and a washing area.
On the first floor there are two more double bedrooms, one with balcony and a double bed and another with two single beds. Also there is a second bathroom with bathtub.
