The flat is ideally located, just two neighbors with separate entrance. About 70 meters from the beach and quiet pedestrian area and very safe for children. The beach is wide with white sand, ideal for walking all year round, swimming and water sports in summer. In the area there are cafes, shops, pharmacy, supermarket, hospital, gym, golf several miles, discos, markets and farm products. Facing east and west, all exterior and with terrace in every room. A few miles away is the town of Alcudia, whose history can be known by its ancient stones and clean streets. The walks in Albufera are wonderful, because you can see large varieties of birds in their natural habitat. You can make excursions to the mountains and to the flat area in the center of the island.
