The apartment is just off the Avenida Andalucia. (the old N-340). It is the second line to the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants. There are lots of German Tourist and Residents in Torre del Mar and a lot of the shops speak also German. Most of the restaurants have menus in German.
Torre del Mar is about 35 minutes from Malaga airport by road.

The studio apartment is on the third floor of the Plazamar 6 Building. There are elevators to each floor. Two security doors to the entrance of the Plazamar Building with Intercom system. The building is very clean and tidy. The apartment has cooking facilities of stove top, and microwave oven. There is a Dishwasher, Tumble Dryer and Washing Machine. There is a fridge. Full facilities. As well there is a television, Video and a Stereo system.
The bathroom has toilet/washbasin and a shower. The beds are Wardrobe beds (two single beds) which pull down from the wardrobe. During the day it just looks like a wardrobe but at night time you pull down the beds and there are the beds already made up. There is also a sofa bed which can accommodate people if needed. The apartment is for two to three people. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner for cooling or heating.

There is a communal swimming pool in nice gardens in which to sunbathe and also a tennis court. Sunbathing is also permitted on top of the apartment building.
The balcony of the studio apartment is enclosed with large windows but are able to be opened wide.

The shops near by offer Guided Tours of Spain and Morocco. Car hire is also available from these outlets.

Balance to be paid on arrival at apartment.
There is a Key Holder/Manager who will show clients the apartment.
