The entrance of the villa opens onto a large reception hall which then leads you into the fully furnished sitting room with cable TV, DVD player, Video, CD, HIFI and Playstation. There is also a large collection of games, DVD's, videos and Playstation games. From the lounge you enter a second hallway which then leads you pass the stairs into the dinning room. Off the dinning room there is a traditional tuscan archway leading into a kitchen fitted with Oven, Hob, Fridge Freezer, Microwave etc. there is also a washing machine at the villa.

In total there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a double bed, lots of wardrobe space cable TV, DVD player, it also has air-conditioning. From the master bedroom there is a door leading out onto a lovely furnished terrace over looking the swimming pool and tropical gardens. The second upstairs bedroom has twin beds, ample wardrobe space, ceiling fan and wonderful views of Mongo. The main bathroom upstairs has a large corner bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom is downstairs and has a shower toilet and sink, also downstairs is the third bedroom which also has a double bed ample wardrobe space and a ceiling fan .

All 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans fitted to keep you cool during the hotter summer months. The Master bedroom upstairs also has air-conditioning.

This villa also has central heating making it ideal for winter rentals aswell as summer.


Gardens
Outside the grounds are large and enclosed ideal to provide the sense of seclusion one needs to unwind. Outside the backdoor there is a terrace with a large table and chairs for you to relax and have breakfast. There are ample sun loungers to ensure that you can enjoy the sun in comfort all day on the patio around your private pool or under the shade of one of the lovely palm trees in the tropical gardens. If the sun gets too hot you can always slip into the lovely cool blue water of the swimming pool When you are feeling hungry there is a barbeque and a wonderful shaded area for you to relax and eat next to the pool.

Location
Set in a quite residential area of Javea there is a large supermarket and choice of restaurants less than one mile away, a choice of lovely beaches within a few miles, there are some lovely walks around the cliffs with amazing views just a 5 minute walk away. The main Arenal beach is just 5 minutes away by car.

Perfectly situated between Alicante and Velancia airports.

Golf
La Sella Golf and Javea golf Course are both close by, however if you don't mind venturing a bit further a field you have a much larger choice including:.
