Casa Mono is a luxury 3 bedroom spacious villa with a stunning bright and airy 1 bedroom apartment on the ground level of the villa.

The Villa consists of a spacious split level kitchen and lounge with 2 dining areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, a shower room and 2 balconies.

The self contained apartment consists of 1 bedroom, full kitchen inc washing machine, dining area, large lounge area with double sofa bed and full bathroom and own terrace next to pool with views.

Furnished to a high standard and offering attention to detail that makes it so much more than just another rental property.

It is situated on the outskirts of the small town of La Herradura and is uniquely placed looking down on the horseshoe shaped bay of La Herradura and is gifted with the most commanding views possible.

The South facing terraces from the lounge,dining area,master bedroom,independant apartment and poolside all share this amazing panorama.

Whilst the villa is set in a quiet and private location it is only 5 minutes drive to local facilities and beach and a few minutes drive from the N340 A-7 motorway link making it ideally placed for the perfect holiday.

Casa Mono offers accomodation for up to 12 people having 3 bedrooms in the villa which sleeps 6;1 bedroom in the apartment sleeping 2;a sofabed in the apartment sleeping 2 and 2 cots/put-you-up beds.

It is ideal for a large family;2 families holidaying together;a family and grandparents;a family and nanny or groups of friends as it has 2 separate garden entrances and independant entrances to both the villa and apartment allowing privacy if required.
The garden entrance at the bottom leads onto a quiet cul-de-sac where children can safely play.

Both the villa and apartment have a large lounge where you can relax and enjoy the company of friends and family,watch SKY TV or a DVD,listen to music,surf the internet or just chill-out and take in the magnificent views.
The main living area in the villa has air-conditioning/heating and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are wall heaters in the bedrooms of the main villa.
The villa has a large balcony off the main living area ideal for sunbathing or dining and a balcony off the master bedroom ideal for a quiet breakfast and this bedroom also has access to the pool.

Directly in front of the apartment is a large terrace overlooking the garden where you can relax together.Beside the apartment terrace is a large 11m x 8m x 2m deep pool with a terraced dining and sunbathing area with sunloungers overlooking the garden and other areas to relax in.

Notes
Casa Mono is situated on the edge of La Herradura on the coast called the Costa Tropical (nearest airports being Malaga and Granada).The area is perfect for people of all ages and is still very Spanish in its culture but with a good mix of nationalities. There are a good variety of beaches to choose from along the coast (and that of neighbouring Costa del Sol), all with their own unique features.
The beach at La Herradura has many chiringuitos (beach restaurants), play areas for children,and even an exercise area for adults. La Herradura also has a childrens' park, a wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants,small shops and a beautiful marina with its own beach and restaurants.
Scuba diving and yacht chartering can be enjoyed in La Herradura, along with paddle tennis, pony trekking, paragliding and outdoor public pools. Most of the activities can be arranged upon prior request,as can restaurant reservations.
The atmosphere in the evenings is lovely as this is the time Spanish families get together. It is common to see young children playing happily and safely together even at 11pm or later. The Spanish in the area celebrate many fiestas throughout the year and all are made welcome especially children.
There is a waterpark, a large outdoor market(Fridays), bird park and an indoor public swimming pool at nearby Almunecar together with many small shops, open until late in the evening to stroll around.
The towns of Nerja,Frigiliana,Torrox and Torre Del Mar are within a short drive away.
There is an 18 hole golf course, an indoor shopping centre, a cinema and a further waterpark at Velez Malaga(30mins away), Lake Vinuela is also less than 1 hour away. A nine hole golf course and a driving range is located at Salobrena.
The historic city of Granada and the Alhambra Palace together with skiing and snow boarding at the Sierra Nevada ski resort are now under an hours drive away as is Malaga with its fantastic architecture and Picasso museum and much more..

Car hire can be arranged as can airport pickups (from either Malaga or Granada airports) at an extra charge.
Catering available(Birthdays, special occasions, picnics etc.)at an extra charge.

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the final payment due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We will hold your reservation for a period of 5 working days; if we have not received your deposit in that time then we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If the final balance payment is not received 8 weeks prior to arrival then the booking will be cancelled and the 30% deposit/reservation fee is non-refundable.

We also require a refundable damage deposit of 200 euros,payable with the final balance,this is fully refundable within 2 weeks of your holiday finishing assuming there is no damage or unreasonable cleaning costs.

The villa is available for rental out of High Season for less than a weeks stay, however we require an extra payment for laundry of 10 euros per person. For stays of less that 7 nights stay there is also a 100 euro final cleaning charge.
Please note the final cleaning charge also applies with any Special Offer price.
High chair, travel cot,and up to 2 put-you-up beds can be provided (put-you-up beds at a cost of 50 euros per week per bed).

Beach towel hire and a mid-stay clean can also be provided at an extra cost.

A Pay-as-you-go internet dongle can also be provided at a cost of 50 euros per stay (maximum of 1 month's usage for 50 euros).

Please request beach towels, put-you-up beds and internet IN ADVANCE.

Casa Mono is made-up with linen for all of the permanent beds and a bath towel and a hand towel is provided for each person in the booking with an additional hand towel in each of the bathrooms. If extra bed linen or towels are required during the stay these will incur an additional laundry charge of 10 euros per person.

Casa Mono has air-conditioning but please note due to increasing electrical costs a charge of 75 euros a week will be charged if required payable with final balance.

Welcome packs can be arranged by prior request.

Please note that as the pool is unsecured a high level of supervision is needed for young children.

Please note that this property is not suitable for the elderly and infirm.

Arrival time at casa is after 16:00 however if you arrive earlier we can store your luggage and should the villa be ready earlier then you are welcome to start your holiday before 16:00.
We request that you vacate the villa by 10:00 on your day of departure however if your flight is not until later in the day we can store your luggage until such time you that you require it.


JUST ADDED - *** OCTOBER SPECIAL OFFER ***.

A 7 seater mini-bus for airport pick-up can be arranged at an extra charge - useful and cost effective if you are a large party and only want to hire 1 car for use during your holiday. This can also be hired with driver for day trips etc.
