Luxury apartment in a new residential area in Torrox Costa, near the sea. Now also with satelite television (Astra). Long term rental is possible from November to end of march (minimum stay two months - 800 Euro / month, including cost for water and electricity). The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the second with two separate beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Furthermore, a washing machine and iron available. The apartment has air conditioning, which both cool and warm. From the more than 30 square meters terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the lighthouse of Torrox Costa. The terrace is covered about 70%, so that one finds almost always sun and shade. The apartment is on the first floor and is also accessible by lift.
The residential area includes two large swimming pools, each one with children's pool, which are open in the summer months from middle of June to middle of September. The nearby beaches can be accessed directly via stairs from the residential area.

Good

Most of the facilities were good, but water supply and electricity failed one day, there was a shortening in the electrical system to the water inlet valve that we had to bypass. The appartment was nice and quiet as we were almost the only people there, but yoy can hear noice fearly good.
