Beautiful, Immaculate, south facing 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool, and spectacular views to the sea. The villa is 10 mins by car to the pretty seaside town of Moraira with its sandy beach, Marina (Club Nautico), restaurants to suit every taste and many amenities.

On the lower ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite facilities with Bath, Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin and doors with steps down to the private swimming pool.

The second bedroom contains twin beds, a ceiling fan and doors leading to a terrace which also leads to the pool.

The third bedroom is a double with ceiling fan and again leads to the terrace and pool area.

There is a fully equipped bathroom for the second and third room to share which contains a double shower, toilet and wash basin. A utility room provides washing machine, dryer and a further toilet and wash basin.

In the passage area there is an air-conditioning unit which feeds all 3 bedrooms.

On the ground floor you will find an open plan lounge / dining area and kitchen. The lounge area contains 2 comfortable blue sofas, one 2 seater and one 3 seater, TV offering free view English channels, DVD, portable CD / Stereo.

The dining area has a table with 6 chairs and the kitchen area is fully equipped with microwave, electric cooker and hob, toaster, kettle, juicer and fridge/freezer. The area is served by an air-conditioning unit and patio doors lead to an upper sun terrace with table and 6 chairs.

There is a mobile de-humidifier available, under floor central heating to all floors and a private parking space as well as the private swimming pool.
