Upon the first floor is the master suite comprising of double bedroom with a large private terrace which is furnished with a table and four chairs to either enjoy a quiet morning coffee or in the balmy summer nights, a relaxing night cap. This room enjoys fantastic panoramic views, is air-conditioned and has it's own en-suite shower room.

The ground floor has two further bedrooms, one twin and one double again both rooms are air-conditioned and all are stylishly furnished.

Also on the ground floor are the large family bathroom, with over the bath shower, the fully equiped kitchen, with everything you should require for your self catering holiday and the generously sized lounge diner, here you will find ample seating for both relaxing and family dining, here you also have a tv and dvd with a large selection of dvds, a stereo hi-fi with cd player, an mp3 speaker dock or for those who prefer quiet relaxation,there is also a wide range of books . Once again this is also air-conditoined. The lounge leads directly onto the very large, garden and pool area. The garden has a choice of two al fresco dining areas and a gas bbq, so there's no need to be tied to the kitchen plenty on sun loungers for working on that tan!

Meet and greet after 8pm is charged at 15 euro.

Notes
Upon booking, you will receive a booking form, this needs to be filled in and emailed back. Your deposit can be paid via bank transfer, pay pal or cheque. Upon receipt of your deposit confirmation along with extra villa and local area information will be sent to you. Upon arrival I will be on hand to meet you in, show you around and give you the keys along with any extra information that you may need. Extra shopping can be brought in should you have a late arrival time. If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
a welcome pack of basics can be supplied for 15€
meet and greet after 8pm is charged at 20€
rental of 3G USB dongle is charged at 25€ per week
final cleaning money should be left in the villa upon departure.
