This little rural house countain 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrase and swimming pool(3m x 4m). In the garden, you'll find beautiful mediterranean plants and fruit trees like oranges,pears, 's the perfect place for enjoy some greats and relaxings days with family and friends.
The little town of Pollensa is only at 2,4 km and the beach at 4km.
The very attractive market is held every sundays in Pollensa and every wednesdays in Puerto. You 'll find narrow streets, lots of shops, restaurants and very typical cultural life style.

It's a big garden with 2 houses. The main house is the one we rent (the one with the swimming pool). We'll live in the second one, so if it necesary, we are easily reached. There is a very large parking.

We also have 4 bicicles(3 adults, 1 teenager).The cleaning service,sheets, towells and bicicles are included in the price.
