The apartment, which has panoramic sea views, sleeps four people and comprises two bedrooms, both have plenty of hanging and drawer storage space; two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is a fully equipped American style kitchen, complete with electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster. filter coffee maker. Cots and other baby equipment are available for hire.
The comfortable lounge/dining area leads out to a 10 square metre patio with table and chairs. The patio faces south-east for sunny breakfasts and cool evenings and overlooks the communal pool, sea views and sitting area. In the lounge there is a 26” flat screen TV with 60 channels, and a DVD player.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and an oil filled electric radiator. The lounge/diner has two ceiling fans and air conditioning.

Ramps and a lift provide easy access from the parking area immediately in front of the apartment block.

Within an easy 5 minute walk there are a number of café/bars and a pub/restaurant and a small supermarket. A 3 minute drive will take you to at least two large Spanish supermarkets.

The apartment is just 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach of Playa Flamenca. Other lovely Blue Flag beaches are within easy reach. A short drive will take you to any of three golf courses (Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The nearest large town is Torreveja with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, markets and harbour.

Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive to the North and Murcia airport 20 minutes to the South.

The apartment is non-smoking.
