The appartment is a house in a row with 5 other houses.



Op de begane grond een badkamer, met douche, wastafel en toilet. Een woonkamer, welke toegang geeft tot de tuin/ patio(zie foto 7) die veel privacy biedt. De woning beschikt over Nederlandse televisie. Een aparte keuken voorzien van ijskast, vaatwasser, wasmachine en magnetron.
Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 3 slaapkamers, waarvan 1 met een tweepersoonsbed, 1 met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een kleinere kamer waar nog een eenpersoonsbed staat. Daarnaast heeft u de beschikking over een kinderledikant en een kinderstoel. Op de eerste verdieping tref je ook de tweede badkamer aan, voorzien van een klein ligbad met douche, toilet en wastafel.
Op het dak vindt u een dakterras met twee zonnebedden, het dakterras geeft een mooi uitzicht over Albir (foto7), de bergen en op een heldere dag kun je in de verte zelfs Calpe zien liggen. Verder kunt u gebruik maken van een eenvoudig gedeeld zwembad ( foto 6). Op circa 500 meter van de woning begint het centrum van Albir. Het strand ligt op ongeveer 700 meter afstand van het huis.
