A high standard of accommodation internally with marble floors, furnished. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (Master bedroom is ensuite). The fully fittted kitchen has oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The apartment and is fully air-conditioned. It is situated on the second floor with a balcony with views to the garden.



The Alboran Golf Course is at the end of the road with views of the fairway from the beautiful pool area. The beach is a few minutes walk away and a little further on is a selection of bars, restaurants and tapas bars. There are good quality large hotels within walking distance who welcome non residents that wish to use their SPA facilities. El Toyo and Retamar are tranquil areas suitable for golfers, couples and young families alike. This is not a resort for lively holidays. The airport of Almeria is approx 8 minutes drive away and Almeria City 11km away with its beach, port, restaurants and shops and Supermarkets.

Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate this area which is close to the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. Airport transfers can be arranged. Sightseeing: City of Almeria - visit the Alcazaba, an ancient Arab fortress built by the Caliph of Cordoba. City of Granada and the famous Alhambra can be seen in a days trip. Alpujarras valley with its famous white washed villages and the cave houses at Guadix on the Granada road. Tabernas Desert visit Mini Hollywood, the location of many a spaghetti western such as 'The Good, The Bad and The Ugly'. Las Salinas salt flats. Las Almoladeras bird sanctuary. Old Gold Mines at Rodalquilar. Sorbas Town. Cabo de Gata Lighthouse.
