Casa Tres Palmas is a modern villa with many original Spanish features. Comfortably sleeps 6 with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 ground floor twin bedrooms and a 1st floor master bedroom with beautiful views of the Montgo mountain. Spacious lounge leading onto modern dining room via a tosca stone arch. The large modern kitchen includes microwave, double fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is 42” plasma TV with Sky TV package including BBC and ITV channels. Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, and French TV are also available on request. Free wi-fi internet.

The villa’s raised position means the tastefully furnished naya offers stunning views over Javea and the Montgo National Park. The naya also overlooks the pool area.

Outside, the villa is set in a mature Mediterranean garden with palm trees. There is a furnished patio area around the private 8x5m pool. A barbecue is provided for al fresco dining.

Situated in a quiet and very private location, Casa Tres Palmas is only a 5 minute drive away from the Arenal beach (perfect for families with small children) and the promenade which is lined with bars and restaurants and boutique shops catering for every taste. In the evening, the promenade comes alive with market stalls offering a huge selection of handmade goods and gifts. The local golf course is a 10 minute drive away and a choice of several other beaches - some suitable for snorkling and surfing - are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Ondarra’s “La Marina” shopping centre is about a 20-30 minute drive away. The shopping centre incorporates a multiplex cinema and bowling alley.

Linen & towels are provided in the rental price but this does not include pool/beach towels. Air conditioning is available in the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. Electric fans are provided in the other two bedrooms.

Saturday arrival & departure dates only. A full package of ‘things to do’ in the area is available on your arrival.

The prices listed above are our final prices and are non-negotiable.

Price includes linen, towels, use of wifi internet, air conditioning (within reason) and all utilities.

There is an optional linen change after 1 week at a cost of £20 (25 euros) per bed.

The €300 damage deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure, subject to a final inspection of the property.
