This spacious townhouse can sleep 7 people very comfortably.
The complex is built in typical Andalucian style, white washed houses, fountains in the courtyard and decorative tilework.
It comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and occupies 3 levels. Each bedroom has it's own terrace. The top floor bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom and great views to the sea.
The sitting room leads onto the covered porch and a small patio. Now here is the beauty of it, a real treat - Step out of the patio and into the pool!!! This is one of a just a few townhouses in this complex that has direct access to the very well maintained swimming pool, AND, it's open almost all year with a lifeguard during the busier summer months. We're fortunate to enjoy mountain, sea and pool views from our patio and terraces.
The location of the house is ideal for those who like to have everything near at hand. There's a shopping mall just 6 minutes walk away with shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas and a play area for the young. For this reason, amongst many others, it's fast becoming the perfect place to stay for both visitors and year long residents.
Right beside the house you'll see a new park with play ares for toddlers and children. There's an area for skating, some chess tables, exercise machines for adults and an open air bar where you can watch the young ones playing. This park is manned by a security guard at busy times. Your children will want for nothing with a park like this beside you.
The nearest convenience shop is a couple of minutes walk away, as is a newsagent, internet cafe, bakery and cafeteria. On site you'll find a tapas bar open from early morning to late at night. On Sundays, there is an open air market just 1 minute away where you'll find some good bargains.
The centre of Fuengirola is just 10 minutes walk along the promenade that runs along the side of our street. There is a bus however that leaves from a stop up the road. The award winning zoo is under 15 minutes walk away as is the Aquapark.

This holiday accomodation is suited to all age groups. It would be an ideal place to stay for large families, golfers and groups of friends. We're confident that an unforgettable time could be had by all.

When arriving at the house, you'll be welcomed by our english spoken representative who will answer any questions you may have. She will be available by phone throughout your stay.

Notes
Fuengirola is an important tourist destination for both International and National visitors. The climate here is appealing due to it's long summers and mild winters, making it a busy place all year round.
As expected of a busy tourist town, there are no end of things to do and see. Here on the coast we enjoy a theme park, safari park, Sealife, waterpark, botanical gardens, cable cars, boat trips and so much more. You'll find a tourist information folder at the house for you to browse through.
If you'd like to venture further afield you'll find that Fuengirola is very well communicated to the Mediterranean motorway and the train network, making it easy to travel around Andalucia and visit other major cities in a day trip.

We are unable to accept bookings more than 9 months in advance.
VERY IMPORTANT- Check in or check out is acceptable 'out of office hours' at an aditional supplement. Please enquire before booking.

Prices are based on groups of 4 to 7 people sharing.
Please enquire on rates for smaller groups.

An eighth person is welcome as long as he/she is an infant using a cot. Please add 60 euros p/week for 8th person.

XMAS,NEW YEAR 2011 EASTER 2012 - are charged at 710 Euros p/week, 6/7 people.

25% of the total cost will be payable on reservation by bank transfer only. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Please note that we are unable to accept groups of young people when the majority are aged below 25 years. If in doubt, please enquire.

EXTRA OPTIONAL SERVICES.
You have the option of cleaning the house yourselves before departure or contracting the services of our cleaner for the price of 60 euros.

Maid service - 12 euros p/hour. Minimum 2 hours at a time.
Cot for infant - 12 euros per week.
High chair - 12 euros per week.
Stroller - 12 euros per week.
Beach towels - 3 euros per towel.
