The villa offers the perfect vacation residence during any season. Spend quiet days in private by the pool, enjoy the stunning view of the illuminated coast during the evening and drive to the nearby beach for swimming or take excursions to the many attractions. During the winter you can escape bad weather and enjoy the stunning climate of the Costa del Sol and sit in front of the cozy fireplace at night. An open living area with a living room (2 couches) with a fireplace and a dining room, an open kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two beds and two bathrooms (one with a tub and shower, one with a shower). Garden furniture, sun chairs and barbecue on the terrace.

Escorting the tenant to the house:
The houses are located, as described, in the mountains, from the village of Algarrobo, a 4 km. We would be happy to accompany you so that you do not have any problems finding it.
From Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 20:00 there are no extra charges. Outside of the mentioned times and during Spanish holidays, we charge 30 EUR for this service.
For extreme messes or damages to the house, the furnishing or the property, the corresponding costs will be included in the bill for the tenant.
