Villa Los Molinos is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom villa located near the quaint Spanish village of Benitachell, which is a short 6-7 mins drive from the coastal resort of Javea
This private, beautifully furnished and spacious villa is situated in its own grounds, is very private yet within a few minutes drive of the popular coastal resort of Moraira & Javea
The villa has over 100 metres of terraces, an crystal clear 8x4m pool with underwater lighting, barbecue, a lovely covered naya overlooking the pool and terrace and well maintained gardens.
The interior is fully furnished to a very high standard, modern, bright and spacious and consists of a large well furnished lounge with T.V, seperate dining area, coverd naya (terrace) and a fully fitted modern kitchen with all the conveniences you would expect to find in a high quality villa.
There is a private,lockable gated drive leading to the villa, terraces and pool.
There are 3 large, well furnished bedrooms, 2 double, one with a full modern en suite bathroom and a lovely twin room with seperate shower room.
There is a very well stocked Supermarket just a few mins drive from the villa and a selection of local bars and restaurants.
The main resort of Javea is only a short 5-6 mins drive away.The resort of Javea with its historic OLD TOWN, the picturesque PORT & HARBOUR and the excellent ARENAL sandy beach are perfet for the ideal family holiday. There is a varied selection of shops, bars, pavement cafes and restauraunts which serve an excellent meals set in superb surroundings.
The cosmapolitan resort of MORAIRA is only a short 8 mins drive from the villa.Enjoy the atmosphere of its many pavement bars & cafes plus a fabulous range of quality restauraunts overlooking the port & harbour.
For some great family excursions you can visit the fabulous “AQUALANDIA” Water Theme Park, the entertaining “MUNDOMAR” Animal Water park (must see the fantastic Dolphin Show) or the marvellous “TERRA MITICA” one of Europe’s largest Family Theme Parks.
The Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Falls and the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show. A car is, therefore, essential to enjoy your holiday.

Special notes
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The final balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional refundable deposit of £200 is payable with the final balance and will be returned with 10 days of departure.
There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.
Mid stay cleaning is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours) if requested.
All linen, bath and hand towels are inclusive. |
