A nice place for a family with small children

We stopped in Miami Playa for the last two weeks in July. We needed no air conditioner since the air flows through the apartment if you open windows on both sides, which is good. The apartment is close to the sea, there are two stairs down to the beach nearby. The only negative point was a poor dryer which left spots of rust on our clothes.
