Less then 5 persons (included children) 5 % discount on prices.

Changover day Saturday, with some flexibility out of high season.

Arrivals are after 3pm on the day of arrival and before 22.00 (after 22.00 a surcharge of 25 euros)
Departure is by 10 am latest

A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Full payment within 2 months before arrival date. Bookings with arrival less than 2 months after booking date must be paid in full, within 3 days.

Any change or cancellation must be notified to us in writing (this includes e-mail) by the person who has contracted the villa rental. Cancellation fee: 35% if cancelled 2 months or more before arrival, 75% if cancelled more than 1 month before arrival, 100% if cancelled 1 month or less before arrival.

A refundable 500 euro security deposit is required with the remainder of the balance. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure once the keys have been returned, a satisfactory final inspection of the property has been carried out and no breakages nor damages have been made. Normal use of electricity is included but excessive electricity/air-con usage is charged.

All bedding and towels, including swimming towels, are provided, with beds made up in readiness for your arrival

An optional welcome pack can be provided. Price upon request and desired groceries.

Transportation can be arranged to and from the airport on request (at extra charge). However a car is essential as the villa is a five minute downhill drive to the town centre (at least 1.5km).

Great place to stay.

All ok.. Lovely house, quiet area, nice views, 5 mins drive to shops, restaurants etc.. Car essential. Large garrage for 2-3 cars. Overall score 9/10

Very Relaxing

A beautiful realxing villa situated in a beautiful area. We really enjoyed ourselves, it was very peacful, very clean and looked just like the photographs and more.... The jacuzzi in the garden was enjoyed by all. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with! Thank you for giving us such a nice, relaxing holiday!!
