2-storey townhouse plus 20 m2 undisturbed sunroof furnished with comfortable sunbeds, sunshade,
and outdoor shower.

The groundfloor has a cosy livingroom, diningroom and kitchen with direct access to outdoor utility room.
Bathroom with shower.

1. floor has a bedroom with two single beds and a Master bedroom with access to balcony with evening sun and sunset. Cot and childrens high chair available in the house.

The yard has a shady roofed terrace and a small patio. There is wicker furniture in the yard: diningtable and 4 chairs, a cosy sofa and a big sunshade. Two bikes are available.

The pool area is only a few steps from the house and can only be accessed with a key. The pool is only for the private residents - a nice, peaceful and friendly area.

The house is a private residence suitable for use throughout the year. It is nicely furnished and decorated and has top of the line matresses. The kitchen has everything you need in good table- and kitchenware. It is a non-smoking house, but you are welcome to smoke on the patio, where you will find an ashtray.

The house is situated in a quiet, private residential neighbourhood and in very short walking distance to a number of supermarkets/bakeries, small shops, bars, restaurants and cafées. Just around the corner you will find the big weekly local market every Saturday. Walk to the Mediterranean Sea and Playa Flamenca beach within 10-15 minutes or grab the bikes from the house. Walk along the Mediterranean Sea to La Zenia beach or some of the many other small beaches nearby.

Torrevieja is only a 10 minute drive from the house and is originally an old Spanish fishing village, which has developed into a lovely and lively city of approximatey 70.000 inhabitants. A wonderful beach winds along the city and the beautiful promenade is full of cafées, restaurants, small shops and booths. You will find the authentic market hall with all kinds of fresh meat and fish, fruit and vegetables etc. Torrevieja also has a shoppingcentres, cinemas, a water park etc.

The Orihuela Costa area has been pointed out by WHO as being the best place in Europe when it comes to climate and the number of sunny days (320 yearly). The saltlakes and the iodic air are curative for many people.

Visit the old, beautiful towns of Orihuela and Murcia. Visit Mar Menor beach, see the flamingos and try the healing mudbaths. Or go go Cartagena with the old and beautiful harbour and go shopping there or in Alicante. Take the fast train to Madrid (2½ hours from Alicante) or go skiing in Granada all year (3 hours in car).

Notes
The house is situated in Playa Flamenca 6 km south of Torrevieja, a 40 minute drive from Alicante airport and a 20 minute drive from Murcia airport.

It is not necessary to rent a car - but it is a comfort and an advantage. Please note that I have two spanish bikes at your disposal in the house.

Besides all the above listed the house also has:

No deposit required, but any essential damage is expected replaced before departure. Arrival and departure days are Saturdays during high season. Please ask for any other day outside the season.
