Pleasant villa with private swimming pool (8x4) situated in Calpe, for 16 people. This newly constructed villa is located in the urbanization Enchinent, urbanization very close to the sandy beach and the Promenade « Arenal ». The living area is about 400m2. The plot of about 1000m2 is completly enclosed with a parking area for 6 cars. The entrance to the house can be by the the parking or the main entrance (2 steps).
The lay out of this very large villa is on 2 floors. Groundfloor formed by a very large living area with air conditionning, satellite TV and an entrance to the dining room with vue on the swimming pool. Large separate kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven and ustensils for the kitchen. Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 : with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 : with 1 double bed, 1 toilette with wc and washbasin. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and washbasin. Room 4 : with 1double bed.
1st floor: (by internal steps) large livingroom with satelliteTV. Bedroom 5 with 2 individual beds and a balcony with view on the swimming pool. Bedroom 6 with a double bed and exit on the terrace, bathroom en suite with bathtub, shower, wc and washbasin. Bedroom 7 with 2 single beds and exit to the balcony. Utility room with the washing machine. Bedroom 8 : 2 single beds.
External: large terrace with swimming pool, roman steps, external shower, built-in bbq. 6 chaises longues. A short distance allows you to walk to the sandy beach(Playa del Arenal 600m), to the centre of Calpe (1 km), and supermarket (Lidl – 600m).
Observations:
It’s possible to accommodate 1 person, additional costs: 90€ for the staying. Pets are allowed, additional costs 30 € for the staying
