Very comfortable villa with large private pool, a small pool for the kids and an enormous garden. The property is located next to the beautiful Gavarres naturepark, but still just about 10 min drive from the beach. Next to a cosy living with direct access to the terrace, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the terrace are great views towards the mountains and on the pool.

The villa is equipped with internet access, satellite-TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, drying mill, dishwasher and microwave. Futhermore a BBQ, sufficient loungers and garden furniture.

Also it is a very good starting point for trips to Barcelona, Girona, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are nearby (Girona 25 min, Barcelona 90 min). There are plenty of possibilities for water sports, walking, fishing, horse riding and mountainbiking.

For golfers : the villa is right in the middle of the finest golf courses in Catalonia with at least 7 top courses within 30 minutes. Challenging 27-holes Golf Costa Brava is even just a few minutes away.
