Traditional style Spanish villa with marble and hardwood floors. Four good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Downstairs is open plan with one double bedroom and bathroom. Also on this level is a den/office with desk and Epson printer. The den has a 2nd TV set with DVD player and Wii console. This makes the room ideal for a family with younger children as they can use the area as a playroom or TV lounge. There is a sofa and office chair here also.

The villa is air-conditioned. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen. For entertainment there are two satellite systems one Astra and one Sky. An LG home cinema connected to a 37 inch Samsung LED TV is provided as are various film DVDs. Spanish digital terrestial TV channels are also available.

All the double bedrooms have a clock radio and the master bedroom has an Ipod docking station for playing relaxing night time music.

The sun terrace,pool and garden are all South facing ensuring day long sun. At night-time the garden pool and terrace can be lit up for evening entertainment.

For families with young children it is conforting to know that the garden is private and totally enclosed. There is a child's travel cot, high chair and buggy in the villa.

For those who like to keep in touch with home or business a Vodafone mobile broadband modem is available free of charge for people renting the villa.

The villa has a security gate opened by remote control and parking space for one car. More parking space is available on street just 15metres away

A new restaurant -La Sala- has just opened at the top the street where the villa is located. Now you can start your sophisticated Puerto Bnaus experience within 200 metres

Wonderful villa in peaceful location yet only a few minutes walk from all amenities

We were a group of 7 girlfriends wanting a relaxing weekend by the pool but not too far away from restaurants, shops and bars. This villa was in a fantastic location and was perfect for our needs. We spent hours relaxing in the lovely garden before venturing into town in the evening. The villa is very spacious, has a well equipped kitchen, huge TV and lots of bathrooms. There is a supermarket approx 10 minutes slow amble away (thankfully downhill on way back when laden down with items for the fridge). The Saturday market (5 mins walk) is a must and the port area is only 10-15 mins walk downhill. We had a really great weekend. Thankyou Gerard
