This apartment is situated on the 7th floor of Edifio 3 in Marina Banus. It has both sea views and mountain views and a South facing balcony so that even in winter you can sit out and benefit from the sunshine. If you prefer to dine outside, this is possible because the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a table on the balcony with 4 chairs.

There is a stereo system, a TV ( with community stations) and a DVD player.

The double bedroom has an bathroom ensuite and the twin bedroom its own separate bathroom. Both bathrooms have bathtubs.

For your security and safety the front desk is manned 24 hours a day by reception personnel. Although there is no need for a car as all that Puerto Banus has to offer is very close by, the apartment has its own car space space in the underground garage.

There is a large community pool which is staffed in the summer by a life-guard, surrounded by a large terrace equipped with sun-loungers. For the more active amongst us there is a paddle court and a large gymnasium.

WINTER SHORT BREAKS SPECIAL RATE-- Stay any 3 nights November to March an enjoy the nightline of Puerto Banus ( no need for taxis!!), do some shopping or just soak up the winter sun for just 180 euro per stay ( that is 15 euro per person per night based on 4 people staying in the apartment).

Lovely very central apartment

This apartment is perfect for a holiday at the Marina in Puerto Banus. Clean and very central but peaceful in the evenings with all you need for a great vacation. Close to all main shops, restaurants and pubs Many golf courses nearby
