This favourable situated, in 2008 modernised villa is positioned close to the picturesque village of Moraira.
After just a few carminutes you arrive at the 18-holes golfcourse of Javea.
On the poolterras you can enjoy the lovely view over the Mediterranian Sea, quiet relaxing on the chairs and if you want take a refreshing dip in the kidneyshaped privatepool.

Complete and comfortable:
The villa offers you a complete equiped kitchen with all the necessary devices, adjoining a bar and pleasant salon with nice Spanish windows. Furthermore 3 bed- and 2 bathrooms (of which 1 en suite) and of course the private pool with terras. This holidayhome offers you for your convenience: Satelite-TV with all foreign channels, DVD-player, audioset, internetconnection, airco, 2e satelite-tv with DVD-player in masterbedroom, nice gardenfurniture with longchairs. Even an covered parkingplace is at your availability.
The climate is very pleasant: average sunshine 300 days a year!

Neighbourhood:
The beach is at 7 min drive down the hill. Supermarket at 800 m. and the cosy and mondain village of Moraira with its beautiful white sandbeach, marina, boulevard, shops, restaurants and bars is located at only 10 minutes by car.
