Its a beautiful 2 level villa, split into two separate accommodation with independent entrance(CAN BE RENTED OFF SEASON INDEPENDENTLY) two double bedrooms family bathroom kitchen and tv room on UPPER LEVEL double bedrooms all with en suite facilities, large lounge with tv and inside bar on LOWER LEVEL In front of the house there is a very large covered, furnished terraced area overlooking the large lit pool with shower facilities and sun loungers for your use only, also on the terrace area there is a large open kitchen with gas barbacue and shaded dining area with a fridge and fridge freezer. Next to the pool there is a well lit, cozy seated terrace pool bar with fridge,sink and stereo, there is also an outside enclosed dinning area The beautiful floral gardens surrounding the villa have many seating areas. Private off road parking is available for two cars. The villa is close to all amenities including a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks,chemist etc. Only a short 10min drive to the nearest beach and a short drive or bus journey to the Costa Blanca towns of Altea, Alfaz del pi, Benidorm, Dave and Candice will be available for any assistance you may require whilst you enjoy your peaceful relaxing holiday here in sunny Spain. Please follow these simple directions to reach casacecelia. From Alicante airport take the direction for Benidorm/Valencia AP7 E15, continue to benidorm approximately 50kms, Exit junction 65 Benidorm Levante, After you go through the toll take your first exit on your right theN332 direction Villayoyosa, take the next exit on your right the CV70 direction Callosa De Sarria, as you exit you take a right hand bend this takes you to a roundabout, take the second exit at this roundabout heading for La Nucia, Carry on up the hill until you reach your 5th roundabout on your left you should see a large supermarket called Supermercado La Nucia, On this roundabout take your second exit on your right you will see a bank called the BBVA, tke the first right directly on this bank as you turn right you will see a chinese restaurant, Carry on for about 30/40 metres and take the first left into carrer Agro, The second house on the left with a white gate to the car entrance is casacecelia welcome to our home.

The reservation fee is non refundable, and the damage deposit will be refunded after inspection, payment in full is required 8 weeks before arrival. The apartment is available from 5pm on day of arrival and must be vacated before 10am on day of departure. A change over service is provided each saturday.
