This bright apartment with BALCONY lies in Born, one of the most charming areas of Barcelona. The Born area has many tiny maze-like streets with a lot of small shops, bakeries and bars. You also have the Parc de la Ciutadella, the Picasso museum and the Santa Maria del Mar church on your doorstep. Besides, within 15 minutes walking you find yourself on the famous Ramblas of Barcelona but also on the sandy beaches in Barceloneta.

The apartment of 60m2 has recently been REDECORATED und refurnished. It is located in the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom has two single beds which can be put together and the second bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed. The livingroom is very SPACIOUS with trendy seating and a fully equipped ENTERTAINMENT SET. The living room also offers access to a nice balcony, which brings in a lot of NATURAL LIGHT to the apartment. The kitchen, which has a dining area, is fully equipped and has everything you might need for your stay in Barcelona. The bathroom is MODERN and has a shower.

The building is surrounded by Gothic architecture and little tapas restaurants. Within walking distance from the apartment lie the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral and the Old Port with the beach of Barcelona. The Ramblas with Plaza Catalunya is also only a 15 minutes walk, or just 10 minutes with the metro Jaume I.
