Located in the prestigious Miraflores 5* Golf Resort, 10 minutes from Marbella and Fuengirola, and adjacent to the coast, yet only a 25 minute drive from Malaga Airport, this luxury second floor apartment is within a 5 minute walk of a lovely beach , and a number of restaurents, bars, and supermarket.
Set within a gated secure environment with underground parking, and lifts to all floors, this marble floored apartment is well equipped in order to make your holiday enjoyable. There is a spacious lounge/dining room with double sofa bed and a further two seater settee, leading to a South Easterly facing balcony with sea views and overloooking child and adult swimming pools, and having outdoor dining furniture and sun beds. There are two double bedrooms with twin beds, the master having its own Juliet Balcony with pool and sea views, and an en suite bathroom with shower, bath, bidet, and w.c. There is a further bathroom also with shower, bath, bidet, and w.c. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. this leads to a utility room with washing machine and goood storage area. Hot and cold air conditioning is instaalled, as well as satelite TV. videa and music centre.
The complex has two adult swimming pools and two children pools set within gardens equipped with sunbeds.
The Miraflores resort has all the facilities you would expect, including 4 swimming pools, club house set within tropical gardens, with wonderful restaurant with weekly international evening enterainment, tennis courts and lawn bowls. The Miraflores 18 hole golf cluband academy, is next to the resort and there are some 30 other courses within a 20 minute drive.
The Sierra Nevada National Park and Ski Resort (outside Granada) is within a daily drive so you can be on the beach in the morning and skiing in the afternoon.
