ALTEA. This lovely NEW apartment has a large lounge, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate shower and a bath, modern kitchen and a terrace with sea views. Washing machine, dishwasher, all modern kitchen equipment. Large roof terrace with swimming pool and stunning views. Garage under the building. The flat is on the second line of the beautiful quiet beach of Cap Negret. There are shops, a supermarket, a bakery, bars, restaurants and hotels at only 100 meters.
Altea is a lovely, authentic, modern small town with a fisher harbour and 2 sports harbours. Altea is touristic, but not too crowded, it has many restaurants with splendid food of many different nationalities, countles bars, cafés and a modern boulevard. On the top of the hill there is a beautiful church square with during summertime an art market every evening. Also in this part there are many bars, restaurants and little shops in the lovely little streets with white houses and fantastic views over the bay. Great views. Altea has a very special light and sunsets are fabulous.
Altea also has lots of beautiful luxurious shops, fashion, decoration, food etc.. There are several golf courses at a distance of 4 and 8 kilometers. 2 Sport harbous, 1 fisher harbour.
Altea is close to Benidorm (only 8 kms.), with its atraction parks such as Terra Mítica, waterparks en a large zoo, furthermore disco's, and all sorts of shops and cinemas.
