This is a recent (2005) built detached villa with all amenities. Stylish and rustic, very spacious house. The house is within 300m walking distance of the beach of El Portet and has partial sea views, very private location! The layout of the villa is very well conceived, particularly in view of hosted several families. The rooms and bathrooms are faced with two separate wings, each having access to other areas, such as kitchen, living room and terraces. But all this is in one single building and on ground level.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Living room and dining room are one large open room with high ceilings and large windows. There is direct access to the terrace and pool. From the two master bedrooms, there is also direct access to the terraces and pool. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Outside, large covered terraces with garden furniture. The swimming pool has very clear water and night lighting, very inviting!
At the El Portet beach the atmosphere is cozy and chill-out. This is the quieter side of Moraira where you can relax and enjoy the views of the bay. The water in the bay is calm and shallow so that the sea temperature is pleasant, ideal for snorkeling and swimming. In the vicinity are a number of bars and restaurants. And the center of Moraira is just at walking distance.
