This is an ideal family apartment in a beautiful part of Andalucia. It benefits from spacious air conditioned rooms, a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and satelite TV. Two spacious bedrooms will sleep 4 persons and an additional sofa bed is available to sleep up to 6.
2 Seperate bathrooms provide 2 showers and one bath.
Rooms are furnished in a modern comfortable style including full width patio doors from the living room out to a large rear patio which is ideal for sun bathing or relaxing long into the evening.

It has private sun terraces to the front and rear with the rear terrace being very spacious and furnished wit table, chairs and sun loungers.

A fabulous water park is located approx 1 km away and beautiful sandy beaches are less than 10 minutes
walk( 0.5km).
The local villages of Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar are between 5 and 15 minutes drive offering many more beaches and amenities.

There is a superb sports complex directly opposite the apartments offering Tennis/Padel,Golf range, modern Gymnasium and restaurant/ Bar facilities and a superb
Go Cart track within 5 minutes drive.

There is a Shopping Mall with supermarket,Bakery, Internet Cafe, Bank and newsagents directly opposite the complex.

There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby providing a range of styles from Local cuisine to Indian and Chinese.
There is an excellent local public transport system stopping directly outside the complex affording good links to nearby towns/ villages.

Several beautiful Golf courses are situated within a 10- 20 minute drive of the apartment.

There are two large outdoor swimming pools, both have separate pools for young children Sunbed and parasols are scattered around the pool. The shared garden areas are all landscaped with wooden benches throughout the complex. There is a play area for younger children.

In essence, this is a home from home offering a beautiful private apartment in a quiet family complex with excellent facilities in one of the most beautiful parts of Spain.
