The Villa is set back from the road providing extra privacy and private parking. A cosy residential area nestled next to the Mar Menor beach which is less than 5 minutes walk away. There are several bars and restaurants within 3 or 4 minutes walk as well as a local supermarket.

The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms each with two single beds and large fitted wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, shower toilet, bidet and sink. The other with a shower toilet bidet and sink.

The living room is spacious with a dining table dvd player and satellite TV with a selection of international channels. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fitted washing machine, toaster kettle etc. A second table for eating or drinking outside is also supplied along with 4 chairs.

Up the galleried staircase is a third bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and fitted wardrobe along with another bathroom also equipped with a shower, bath, bidet and toilet. The first floor terrace can be accessed either from the bedroom or staircase.

The nearest port Cabo De Palos is 10 minutes drive drive from the villa and holds a weekly market between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. There are in excess of 100 stalls and by mid morning it is buzzing.

Mar Menor is Europe's largest salt water lake, having an area of 170km2 and a depth no greater than 7 meters it is a unique location renowned for its natural healing properties.

If you are seeking to sample the more vibrant night life there are plenty of bars and clubs to be sampled on the La Mange Strip.

An excellent area for both activities and relaxation.
