Fantastic 3 bedrooms house (maximum 8 people) located in a calm residential area of Cambrils. The complexe located in Vilafortuny consist in only 5 houses sharing a big pool and gardens. The house is located just 600 mts from the beach ( 10 minuts walking distance) and around 3 km from Cambrils will find a big supermarket with many international foods just 150 mts from the house.

The house has a surface of 110 m2 and consist of 2 individual levels:

GROUND FLOOR LEVEL :

Disposes of a fully equipped kitchen, 1 toilet and wide living-room with a surface of 42 m2, big TV and 1 sofa-bed. The garden door gives acces to the covered terraces with a big dining table to enable you to dinner.

KITCHEN:

The very wide kitchen is full equipped with oven, fridge, freezer,washing machine and micro-wave.

UPPER LEVEL:

Offers 3 doble bedrooms consisting in 1 doblebeds and 4 singlebeds, 1 complete bathroom .

GARDEN:

The pool and garden is only shared by 5 houses. The surface of the garden is 700 m2 and it has a lovely swimingpool of 14 x 7 with special protection for children and provided with 10 luxury will enjoy the big barbeque area next to the swimingpool .

The large garden surrounding the house allows complete privacy and security for children and the swimingpool of this house is very well taken care of. You will find many sunbeds around the swimminpool, outside toilets and a extraordinary barbecue area.

It’s ideal for families wishing to enjoy the Spanish sun, the beautiful beaches of Cambrils and the Mediterranean cuisine.Cambrils it’s well known for it’s gastronomie, for the high quality sandy beaches along the coast where you can experience all kind of water sports as snorkelling, scuba-diving,kayacking, water-skiing,surfing,….but one of the best points of Cambrils is the long promenades along the sea front,where you will enjoy many restaurants,bars, shop’s ,boutiques….
The famous park Port Aventura is only 5 km away and you will also enjoy the 2 aquatic parks in the area.

Summer Holiday

Very nice holiday house for 6 people max (not for 8) Nice swimming pool and surroundings. Little to far away from the beach for my taste (10 minutes min in the heat :( I would recommend this place for family stay
